MIP has recently acquired the facility and grounds at 44 Frid Street, Hamilton, Ontario to allow for further expansion of its life sciences lab programming. This RFP intends to identify a Negotiations Proponent with whom MIP will attempt to reach an agreement to carry out the design & construction services at 44 Frid Street, Hamilton, Ontario and enter into a CCDC-30 contract. The project is the revitalization and renovation of the existing shell building and the fit-out of the space therein for Labs / Offices / Data Centre / etc. The purpose of this project is to repurpose the existing building to a Life Science hub at MIP located at 44 Frid Street.
