McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) is establishing a select list of pre-qualified janitorial services contractors who may be invited to participate in subsequent Request for Proposal for performing janitorial services at MIP’s various facilities.

The yearly janitorial services contract is expected to start January 1, 2022 until December 31, 2025 with the option to renew. Only those contractors who have been pre-qualified will be invited by Select Invitation to compete for this contract.
