McMaster innovation Park (MIP) is inviting Geotechnical Engineering Consulting Firms to submit proposals for Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental Consulting Services to support the design and construction of the proposed OmniaBio Manufacturing Complex located at McMaster Innovation Park. Through the process described in this RFP, MIP will select a qualified Geotechnical Engineering Consulting Firm to act as the Prime Consultant, having total responsibility to update and confirm all previous environmental impacts on the site, establish a new groundwater monitoring program, provide all geotechnical requirements and recommendations to accommodate the development and implementation of a soils management plan to address contaminants and all excess soils resulting from construction. |
