McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) has selected the progressive Design-Build (DB) Stipulated Price method to design and construct a new state-of-the-art biotechnology process and manufacturing lab and office facility at Longwood Road South at Aberdeen Avenue in Hamilton, Ontario. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from pre-qualified design build proponents for the design and construction of the OmniaBio Manufacturing Complex identified in the Proposed Master Plan.
