McMaster Innovation Park (MIP) is inviting Contractors to submit proposals for waste management services at 175, 183, 200, 270, 190 Longwood Road South, Hamilton, and 44 Frid Street, in Hamilton. Through the process described in this RFP, MIP will select a qualified Contractor to act as the only Contractor, having total responsibility for all necessary waste management services. 


RFP submissions shall be made by ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY and shall be received by the Bids and Tenders Bidding System no later than November 15, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Late bids are not permitted by the Bidding System.
Bid Document Access:  Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents.
